Enova at the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) 2015

Enova at the RSA® Conference 2015

Enova will live demonstrate a TCG OPAL NAS at the RSA® 2015 Asia/Japan (July 22 – 24, 2015) in Singapore. NAS (Network Attached Storage) is a widely deployed storage server in either centralized location or remote offices. For decade, NAS relies on software encryption to safeguard the data stored in it. Unfortunately software encryption is slow for it takes up CPU bandwidth and memory resources, aside from the weakness in key management. FDE/SED helps but only to a lesser degree as key management part becomes very complicated, aside from a limited model and capacity to choose from. A solution that combines the best in hardware real-time encryption along with a publicly endorsed authentication and key management mechanism is needed to address the increasing requirement over securing a NAS.

Enova demonstrate the Enova Cyborg solution at the RSA® Conference 2015

Enova Technology, the world’s leading provider of data security solutions today announced its sponsorship and exhibition at RSA® Conference Asia Pacific & Japan 2015 (July 22 – 24) at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. At the exhibition, we will demonstrate the Enova Cyborg solution, which is a Microsoft® eDrive controller solution that deploys patented X-Wall® MX+, a FIPS 140-2 level 2 or 3 certification targeted SATA-to-SATA real-time crypto ASIC operating at 6Gb/s. The Enova Cyborg solution is capable of converting a standard SATA disk drive and/or SSD to meet Microsoft® eDrive specification (Self Encrypting Drive or SED with Opal 2.x and IEEE1667). The solution is also capable of converting your standard SATA drives to TCG Opal 2.x compliant. Enova Cyborg solution can be easily integrated onto a desktop PC and laptop motherboard SATA host port to enable enterprise adoption of Microsoft® eDrive specification using a standard SATA drive. The TCO would be minimized.

The MX+ is the 10th generation of patented X-Wall® full disk encryption technology capable of securing “Data-in-Transit” and “Data-at-Rest” with AES ECB/CBC/XTS 256-bit strength. For more product information, please visit Enova at S12, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, RSA® Conference 2015.
