Enova Technology sues Seagate Technology for infringing Enova’s United States patents

San Jose, California, June 20, 2013 – Enova Technology sues Seagate Technology for infringing Enova’s United States patents 7,136,995, entitled “Cryptographic Device,” and 7,900,057, entitled “Cryptographic Serial ATA Apparatus and Method,” patents that are directed to technology for encrypting/decrypting storage media, such as disk drives, without materially compromising overall system performance.

On June 5, 2013, Enova Technology filed the compliant in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The case number 1:13-cv-01011-LPS have been assigned.
